Gate-side 7-Eleven in T saves you a trip landside
This 7-Eleven sits airside in Terminal T at Oslo Gardermoen, so you can grab basics without leaving the secure zone. It runs long hours that typically match early morning departures and late arrivals, handy if your SAS or Norwegian flight hits an awkward time slot.
Prices run higher than downtown Oslo: expect around 40–50 NOK for coffee and 30–60 NOK for pastries or simple snacks. Still, it’s usually cheaper than full-service cafés by the nearby gates in T, especially if you just want a quick bottle of water and a chocolate bar before boarding.
Food is standard 7-Eleven Norway stock: hot dogs, basic sandwiches, pastries, chips, soft drinks and a few grab-and-go breakfast items. If you need something to eat on a 2–3 hour short-haul, the hot dog-and-drink combos are among the better value options in the terminal.
Seating is minimal to nonexistent; think stand-up stop, not a place to camp for 90 minutes. Staff tend to move people through quickly during the 06:00–08:30 bank of departures, so have your card or Vipps ready to keep the queue moving.
Tip: buy your water, coffee and snacks here in T before walking to the remote international gates; prices usually tick up the closer you get to boarding areas for longer-haul flights.
