Right after security in Terminal T’s domestic pier, across from gate A2, the SAS Lounge Domestic works as a quick pit stop for SAS Business, SAS Plus and Star Alliance business passengers on Norway runs. Entry also works with EuroBonus Diamond, Gold or Elite Plus cards when you’re on a same‑day SAS domestic flight.

The lounge follows SAS domestic flight hours, so it usually opens early enough for the first departures out of Oslo and stays open through the late regional banks. If your boarding pass shows a domestic SAS segment from gates A0–A20, you’re less than a two‑minute walk from most stands.

Access is limited to SAS Premium tickets and high‑tier elites, so it rarely feels as crowded as the main SAS Lounge by the international gates. Regulars on the Trondheim and Bergen shuttles use it for 20–30 minutes between turns, which is how the seating layout makes sense: work benches along the windows, smaller tables in the middle, and a few softer chairs toward the back.

Food is basic Scandinavian lounge fare, closer to office canteen than restaurant. Expect soup at mealtimes, bread, cheese, cold cuts and some snack bowls; think one quick plate rather than lunch. Drinks run to self‑serve coffee machines, tea, soft drinks, and usually at least beer and house wine on tap, which lines up with the short‑haul business crowd moving through.

Wi‑Fi rides on the airport network and typically tests fine for email and VPN; you can clear a few Teams calls in 30–40 minutes without hunting for signal. Power outlets sit under or between many seats along the walls, so grab those rows first if your phone is already under 30%.

Regulars with 25–40 minute connections from domestic arrivals just walk straight off the aircraft, up to the lounge by gate A2, grab a coffee or quick drink, and leave as soon as the app shows “Go to gate.” It’s quicker than finding a café further down the pier and keeps you within sight of the A‑gates screens.

One tip: if your SAS domestic flight departs from a bus gate like A10–A12, leave the lounge 20 minutes before departure; the walk plus boarding line at the stairs can easily eat 10–15 minutes.
