Domestic-only access by gate A15 limits who this lounge helps

OSL Lounge Innland sits airside in Terminal T near gate A15, serving domestic departures only, with doors open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 20:00. If you are on an international flight from Gardermoen, this lounge does not help you at all, so check your boarding pass and gate before walking down the A‑piers.

Access is built around cards and fare types: American Express Centurion and Platinum cards work here, plus Lounge Key, Dragon Pass, and Widerøe Flex or Full Flex tickets. If you do not have any of those, paid access runs around NOK 400–850 per person, which starts to look steep on short hops like Oslo–Bergen or Oslo–Trondheim.

The lounge is past security in Terminal T, so you clear the main checkpoint first, head toward gate A15, then look for the lounge signage along the domestic concourse. Figure 5–10 minutes walking from central security to A‑gates at normal pace, so build that into your timing on 07:00 departures when the lounge has just opened and queues upstairs are still clearing.

Hours are slightly awkward on weekends: Saturday it closes early at 14:30, and Sunday it runs later, from 09:00 to 22:00. If your Widerøe or SAS domestic flight leaves after 14:30 on a Saturday, you are back to the regular seating near A‑gates with only the terminal cafés for power outlets and coffee refills.

Data on food and drink here is thin, and most online reports about OSL domestic lounges reference the SAS Domestic Lounge instead, which sits in a different part of the terminal. With a walk‑up day pass potentially hitting NOK 850, treat this as a seat, Wi‑Fi and a quieter room play rather than banking on a full meal or premium drinks.

Practical play: do the math. At NOK 400–850 per visit, paying out of pocket only makes sense if you have at least 90 minutes before a domestic flight out of A15 and you value a plug socket and calmer space more than two coffees and a sandwich in the main terminal.
