2,100円 a day gets you P-1 right by the terminal
P-1 sits next to Narita’s terminal area, so you walk to T1, T2, or the shuttle to T3 instead of waiting for a distant lot bus. It’s marked as a short-stay car park, aimed at trips of a few hours up to a couple of days, not long vacations. Daily pricing is a flat 2,100円, which is higher than remote lots but buys back time when you’re tight on departure or pickup.
This is a standard airport-owned structure, not a discount off-site option, and its “short stay” label at Narita means closer access plus simpler in-out flow. If you’re dropping someone for an international flight in T1 or T2, parking in P-1 for an hour or two keeps you on airport grounds with no added transfers. The walk from car to departure lobby is minutes, and you stay under cover for most of it, useful in summer heat or rain.
For costs, expect to hit that 2,100円 mark once you cross into the full-day range, so a quick 3–4 hour visit won’t run as high as a 24-hour stay. Over several days P-1 adds up, and at that point Narita’s longer-stay options usually make more sense on price alone. Think of P-1 as a tool for same-day returns, overnight business hops, or picking up arriving family from late flights without stressing about shuttle timings.
Tip: if your plan is three or more full days away, run the math against long-term lots; if you’re under 24 hours and flying from T1 or T2, pay the 2,100円 and save the extra transit time.
