Grab & Go Deli

Gate-side sandwiches at Grab & Go Deli in Terminal A

At Lynden Pindling International Airport’s Terminal A, Grab & Go Deli sits past security as a quick option when you don’t want a full sit-down meal. It’s a small counter setup with pre-made sandwiches, wraps, snacks and bottled drinks you can carry to your gate. Expect airport-level pricing, with sandwiches usually in the USD $10–$15 range and drinks around $3–$5.

Hours here generally track with the main US-bound departures out of NAS, so it tends to open in the morning before the first wave of flights and stay open into the late afternoon. If you’re on an evening departure after 7:00 pm, have a backup plan in mind in case they’ve already shut down or are running low on stock.

Food is basic deli fare: cold sandwiches, simple wraps, muffins, chips and candy, plus sodas and bottled water. Think turkey or ham sandwiches in plastic clamshells rather than made-to-order subs. Quality is fine for a short hop to Miami or Fort Lauderdale, but not something you’d plan a long layover around. Use it as a grab-and-go option when boarding starts in 20 minutes and lines at the larger spots in Terminal A are spilling into the walkway.

Payment is standard: major credit cards are accepted, and prices ring up in US dollars, which matches the general airport practice in Nassau. There’s no seating dedicated to the deli; you’ll be carrying your food back to your gate area or one of the public benches scattered through Terminal A. If you want something hot or a real meal, you’ll need to walk to one of the larger restaurants closer to the main departure hall.

Tip: Hit Grab & Go Deli right after clearing security in Terminal A rather than waiting until boarding; early afternoon flights see the shelves thin out and the better sandwiches disappear first.
