Chase Sapphire perks don’t get you a lounge at Nadi
Chase Sapphire Lounge does not exist at Nadi International Airport (NAN) as of 2026, so your Sapphire Reserve or Preferred card won’t open any lounge doors in the International terminal. Hours listed in some apps as 09:00–21:00 refer to a non‑existent lounge, not a closed one.
In the actual International terminal at Nadi, you’ll instead find airline and contract lounges tied to specific carriers and paid entries, not a Chase-branded space. If your boarding pass says International and you’re counting on Sapphire card access, plan as if you have zero lounge entitlement from Chase here.
Access rules at NAN right now lean on airline status, premium cabin tickets, and occasional third‑party passes, rather than credit card programs like Chase Sapphire. Your Priority Pass from Sapphire Reserve also won’t get you into a "Chase Sapphire Lounge" here, because that lounge simply hasn’t opened at this airport.
Terminal naming at Nadi is straightforward: one International terminal and one Domestic terminal, with all long‑haul departures funneled through the International side. If you see an app listing "Chase Sapphire Lounge – International," treat it as outdated or incorrect data, not something hidden behind another door.
Food and drink planning matters because NAN’s International terminal has limited gate‑area options and no Chase Sapphire Lounge buffet to fall back on. Expect to buy meals from regular outlets in FJD, and budget at least 15–20 minutes before boarding to queue, order, and eat near your gate.
Chase Sapphire cardholders still get their usual on-card travel protections and points on spend here, but none of that converts into physical lounge access at Nadi. Swipe the card at the bar or café by your International gate, just don’t waste time hunting for a Sapphire-branded door that isn’t there.
Practical tip: Treat NAN International like a no-lounge airport for Chase users: eat in town or at your hotel before heading out, then arrive about 2 hours before an International departure and plan to sit at the gate instead of counting on a Chase Sapphire Lounge stop.
