The draw is location: the Gold Ramp skyway lines up close to central ticketing in Terminal 1, handy if your group splits across airlines like Delta and Sun Country. Regulars say Gold “feels” like an easier walk to the middle of T1, especially when meeting people at the main ticketing area or baggage claim, even though the posted walking times match the other ramps.

Daily pricing at $26 puts Gold on par with other on-site T1 options, not cheaper than Value Parking or off-airport shuttles. You pull a ticket or tap your card at entry, then pay at exit like the rest of MSP’s Terminal 1 system. If the electronic signs show Gold as full when you roll past the entrance, keep moving and follow the overhead directions into another color ramp without stressing about rate differences.

Gold can fill fast during morning bank times and Sunday evenings, and drivers sometimes get kicked over to Blue or Red instead.
