University of Wisconsin Shop

Badger gear is easiest to grab at the University of Wisconsin Shop

This shop sits airside in the Main terminal at Dane County Regional Airport (MSN), past security and along the concourse used by Delta, American, and United. It focuses almost entirely on University of Wisconsin merchandise, so think red and white everywhere. You’ll see it on the main walk between the central security exit and several gates, so you probably walk by it on the way to boarding.

Hours track with flight banks, generally opening for the first departures around 4:30–5:00 a.m. and staying open until the last evening flights around 8:30–9:00 p.m. Selection leans heavily into game-day basics: hoodies, T‑shirts, caps, and kid sizes in Badger colors. Prices run at standard campus‑store levels, not discount‑outlet levels, so plan on roughly $25–35 for a T‑shirt and $50–70 for a sweatshirt.

Beyond clothing, the shop usually carries small souvenirs under $15: keychains, magnets, lanyards, mugs, and decals with the Motion W or Bucky. Snacks are limited compared with a newsstand, so use it for merch first, food second. Stock can thin out on football weekends and graduation days when flights to and from Madison are busier than usual.

Last tip: if you want specific sizes or a particular sport logo, stop here on the way out of Madison instead of gambling on stadium or campus-store hours; once you pass through Main terminal security, this is your main Badger merch option before boarding.
