Two people can eat here for under US$15.
Hermosa Pizza sits in Terminal T1 at José María Córdova International, a basic counter stand that matters for one reason: it’s usually faster than the Pizza Hut down the hall. It’s post-security, in the main departures area, and pricing runs in the cheap tier for an airport, with single slices coming in well under the cost of a sit-down meal upstairs.
This is grab-and-go only: slices and small pies on paper plates, eaten at a nearby high-top or carried back to your gate. Expect simple toppings like cheese, pepperoni, and maybe one or two others, not a long list of combos. Reviews call the pizza “a bit greasy,” but also say it “did the job” before a late-night boarding from T1’s domestic gates.
Speed is the main selling point. Multiple Google reviews mention choosing Hermosa specifically when the Pizza Hut line is stacked 10–15 deep. Regulars just point at whatever slices are already under the heat lamps rather than waiting 8–10 minutes for a fresh small pizza, especially when boarding starts 30 minutes before departure on Avianca or low-cost carriers.
Watch out for selection drops outside the 11:00–14:00 and 18:00–21:00 peaks. A few travelers note only cheese left by mid-afternoon, and staff aren’t always keen to fire up a new pie if it’s quiet. If you care about toppings more than speed, you might be better off eating earlier in your connection window or walking back to another spot in T1.
Tip: if boarding is already showing on your gate screen and you still need food, grab whatever slice is ready at Hermosa Pizza, pay in cash or card, and eat it at the gate instead of gambling on a long queue at Pizza Hut.
