In Terminal 2 after security, Cafe Two runs 05:00–21:00, so it catches both early departures and most evening flights out of Lusaka. It sits in the post-security zone, which means you clear immigration and checks first, then grab your coffee on the way to the gates. If you just need a sit-down pause before boarding, this is one of the few low-key spots in T2 with actual tables.
Prices sit firmly in the $ tier by airport standards, so a basic coffee won’t feel like a second airfare. The menu leans simple coffee-shop fare, but the baristas actually push the espresso as their thing, so treat that as the safest order. Expect standard milk drinks built off that shot rather than elaborate specialty drinks or big meals.
The rating hovers around 4 out of 5, which is solid for an African regional airport café and usually means service is friendly enough and orders come out on time. With operating hours only until 21:00, don’t bank on it for the last late-night departures that sometimes leave after 22:00. For anything more than a snack and coffee, you’ll likely piece together food from elsewhere in Terminal 2.
There are no strong patterns from frequent-flyer forums yet, so think of Cafe Two as the default “get-it-done” coffee stop rather than a destination in itself. Since it’s after security in T2, you can’t access it from Terminal 1, and there’s no airside shuttle between the two terminals at LUN.
Tip: hit Cafe Two right after clearing security in Terminal 2; lines are shortest before the 06:00–07:00 departure bank and again after about 19:30.
