T1’s Airport Gift Shop sits just past the main checkpoint.
You hit Airport Gift Shop right after security in T1, next to the small seating area by the central gates. It’s one compact room, more small-town newsstand than mega-store, but it covers the basics: Lincoln magnets and mugs, a few Husker-branded items, plus standard candy, chips, and bottled drinks. Prices run a bit above town, but not outrageous for an airport of this size.
The shop usually opens by the first morning departures around 4:30–5:00 a.m. and stays open until the last bank of flights in the evening, roughly 8:30–9:00 p.m. You can grab newspapers, a couple of regional magazines, and paperback thrillers if you forgot a book for that 2–3 hour connection through Denver or Chicago. Inventory feels more “small local store” than national chain, so don’t count on niche brands.
Souvenir-wise, expect Lincoln and Nebraska gifts under $20: keychains, shot glasses, basic T-shirts, and a few kids’ items that fit easily into a personal item. The snack wall leans heavily on big-name brands, with single-serve snacks often in the $3–$5 range and bottled soft drinks around $4–$5. If you need basic travel gear, they usually stock phone chargers, earbuds, neck pillows, and a couple of adapter types on a rack near the register.
Selection is limited, and once something sells out on a busy game weekend, it’s gone until the next restock. Don’t expect fresh food or hot coffee here; that’s over by the restaurant and bar area across the small concourse. Tip: if you see a charger or Husker item you like on the way to your gate, buy it then—there isn’t a second shop deeper into T1 at LNK.
