Gate-side BurgerFi fix in the Main Terminal
BurgerFi sits past security in the Main Terminal at Jacksonville International Airport, an easy stop if your flight uses any of the concourse gates. It runs standard airport hours, roughly from early morning through the last evening departures, so you can usually grab a burger before a 6 a.m. flight or a late-night connection.
Menu prices land in the typical airport-burger range: expect around $10–$12 for a basic burger, more if you stack on extra patties or toppings. Fries and onion rings add another $4–$6, and fountain drinks or shakes push a full meal into the high teens. Portions run larger than fast-food chains in JAX, which matters if you’re trying to make one solid meal last a long travel day.
Signature options like the cheeseburger with double Angus patties, the VegeFi burger, and thick-cut onion rings are the main draw. Burgers cook to order, so budget at least 10–15 minutes from paying to walking away with a bag in hand. If your boarding pass shows a tight 30-minute window, stick to a single burger and skip customizations to keep things moving.
Line length swings a lot by bank: around the 7–9 a.m. and 4–7 p.m. departure waves, expect 10–20 minutes from joining the queue to getting food. Midday, you can usually walk up and be done in under 10 minutes. Seating is limited near the counter, so many people carry their food back to gates A or C, which are only a few minutes’ walk from BurgerFi.
Tip: If your flight departs within 45 minutes, order to-go, head straight to your gate, and eat there so you’re in earshot when boarding groups start at around T-35.
