Valet Service Parking

Valet

10 minutes is the promised handover time at ITM’s Valet Service Parking

This is Osaka Itami’s official valet parking, run by the airport right next to Terminal T. You drive into the designated valet lane at the terminal access road, hand over your keys, and staff take your car to the secure parking area. On return, they bring it back to the same front-of-terminal spot, so walking distance is basically zero.

The service operates in sync with airport hours, targeted around the first and last departures in Terminal T. You still pay the standard ITM parking tariffs for the days your car is stored, with an added valet handling fee listed on the official Osaka Airport site. That makes it a step up in price from the multi-storey car parks P1–P5 but cheaper than many off-airport chauffeur services that run from nearby hotels.

Booking usually runs through the airport’s official parking reservation system, linked from the osaka-airport.co.jp access and parking page. Slots can fill on busy Golden Week and Obon periods, so treat it like a seat reservation and lock it in days ahead. Because it’s airport-operated, there’s no shuttle bus guessing game and no third-party office to find somewhere off the ring road.

There aren’t many detailed reviews yet and no big recurring complaints on Reddit or FlyerTalk, but it’s the same operation that manages the main ITM car parks. That means uniformed staff, Japanese-language paperwork, and a process tuned to domestic ANA and JAL flows at Terminal T. If you’re renting, confirm with your rental company first; most major agencies around ITM still want returns back at their own lots.

Practical tip: print or save your reservation confirmation screen with the exact drop-off time and terminal T meeting point; showing that on arrival speeds up the handover when the morning departures bank hits around 07:00–09:00.
