Sulwhasoo

T2

Five minutes from the central T2 security area, Sulwhasoo sits right on the main luxury strip.

This is the flagship Korean skincare name you see all over Seoul, now in Incheon T2. Expect full-price duty-free on most items, but you sometimes see gift sets discounted against downtown boutiques by 5–10%. The shop leans hard into its premium ginseng-based lines, so you can sample textures and scents in person instead of guessing from an online cart.

Most flyers head straight for the Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream EX and First Care Activating Serum VI, both usually stocked in 60 ml bottles and bundled in travel sets. Staff often speak Korean, English, and at least one other language, and they don’t rush you even if your boarding time is under 40 minutes. If you want something under 100 ml for carry-on rules, say “travel size” and they pull the right shelves.

Expect prices that land in the same ballpark as Lotte duty-free downtown, with occasional airport-only kits that mix three or four products in one box. Payment is easy: major credit cards, Korean cards, and mobile options like Samsung Pay all work. If you’re chasing VAT savings, remember this shop is already airside, so you’re in duty-free territory and don’t file a separate refund.

Quick tip: take a phone photo of the ingredient and shade labels before you board; if you like what you bought at T2, that snapshot makes reordering in the city or online much easier.
