6,000–8,000 KRW gets you a made-to-order sub in T2
Subway in Incheon T2 sits airside, so you’re fine once you clear security and immigration. It runs typical Korea airport hours, roughly early morning to late evening, tracking the first and last flights in T2. This is the standard international Subway setup: counter service, quick turnover, and enough seating nearby to eat within sight of the gate area.
Expect the usual menu: 15 cm and 30 cm sandwiches, basics like Italian B.M.T., Tuna, and Egg Mayo, plus local favorites that rotate around 6,000–8,000 KRW for a 15 cm. Add-ons like chips and a drink push a simple combo toward 10,000–12,000 KRW. Bread gets toasted on request, and they do the standard "tell them each topping" routine, so order ahead in your head to keep the line moving.
Service speed in T2 matters if you’re on tight Korean Air or Delta connections, and this Subway usually turns a full queue in 10–15 minutes outside of true bank times. It’s an easy choice if you want something familiar before a 10–14 hour long-haul out of T2. You can walk in, point at the picture menu, and pay by card or mobile wallet without needing any Korean.
Health-wise, it’s one of the more predictable options in T2: load a 15 cm Veggie or Turkey with extra salad and skip the cookies, and you’re not wrecking a 13-hour ICN–JFK flight in economy. On the flip side, double meat and extra sauce on a 30 cm is a solid way to actually feel full on a late-night ICN–LAX departure.
Tip: if you see more than 6–7 people in line at Subway, expect at least a 15-minute wait and order a 15 cm instead of a 30 cm if your boarding time is under 25 minutes away.
