Bon Piatti

T1

Gate-side Italian at ICN T1 without a long sit-down

Bon Piatti sits airside in Terminal T1 at Incheon and leans hard into pasta, risotto, and pizza, all ordered and paid at the counter. Dishes generally land in the ₩12,000–₩18,000 range, which is mid-pack for ICN. Portions are decent by airport standards, so one main usually covers a normal meal between long-haul legs.

The menu sticks to basics: cream and tomato pastas, a couple of risottos, and thin-crust pizzas in the 9–10 inch range. Expect carbonara, bolognese, and a seafood option rather than anything regional or niche. Pizzas sit around ₩15,000–₩19,000 depending on toppings. Soft drinks and simple coffee drinks run roughly ₩4,000–₩6,000, cheaper than most coffee chains in T1.

Service runs quick by ICN standards, with mains usually hitting the table in about 10–15 minutes after ordering at the T1 counter. That makes Bon Piatti workable on a 60–90 minute connection if your gate isn’t at the far end of the concourse. Table turnover moves fast, so even at lunch peaks you’re typically seated in under 10 minutes.

Quality sits above generic food-court pasta but below what you’d hunt down in Seoul proper. Sauces are heavy on cream and cheese, and seasoning leans mild; a standard carbonara here feels richer than similar dishes under ₩20,000 downtown. Pizzas come out with a light char on the crust but sometimes hit the table lukewarm if the dining room is half empty.

Tip: if your flight departs from a T1 satellite gate, check the Incheon map and give yourself at least 20 minutes from paying the bill at Bon Piatti to boarding, since the walk plus shuttle time can stretch longer than expected.
