McDonalds

T1

Big Mac at 6 a.m. in T1 beats hunting for kimchi stew

This McDonald’s sits in Incheon Terminal 1, airside, and runs early enough for the 07:00 departures crowd. If you just want something predictable before a long-haul on KE or OZ out of T1, this is the fastest “I know what this tastes like” option in the concourse.

Menus follow the standard global lineup: Big Mac, McChicken, McNuggets, fries, plus a few Korea-only items that rotate. Expect combo meals in the ₩7,000–₩10,000 range, with coffee and breakfast sets slightly cheaper. Prices run higher than a city McDonald’s in Seoul but still under most sit-down spots in T1.

Service is quick by airport standards. From order to tray, most people report 5–10 minutes even when a KE 901–999 wave dumps a full boarding group into the line. Self-order kiosks usually sit near the entrance, and they accept cards and mobile payments, including local Korean apps alongside Visa and Mastercard.

Seating spills into shared terminal tables near the unit, so it can feel crowded around peak departures from gates 10–40 in T1. If every seat is taken, carry your bag and tray toward a less busy cluster of seats closer to your actual gate number; fries and burgers hold up fine for the 5–10 minute walk.

The best value play is a burger or McNugget set plus a large drink; single items add up quickly in won. Skip ice cream or shakes if you’re rushing to immigration checks for tight sub‑60‑minute connections, since they’re the slowest items to come out.

Tip: Lines spike 30–45 minutes before large departures to North America and Europe, so hit McDonald’s right after security in T1 instead of waiting until your gate starts boarding calls.
