P1 General Car Park

Short and long stay

2–3 minutes on foot from Ibiza T1 check-in

P1 General Car Park sits directly in front of the T1 terminal, so you walk to check-in in about 2–3 minutes. It serves both short and long stays, so it works for a weekend hop or a full week on the island. The car park is on-airport and post-barrier, so you don’t deal with shuttles or external lots.

This is the airport’s main public car park for T1 and usually opens 24/7 in line with flight schedules. It’s a multi-purpose lot: use it for drop-offs longer than the terminal curb allows, day trips, or longer holidays. Spaces are uncovered, and you enter via the signed "P1" access road that branches off the main airport approach to Ibiza Airport.

Pricing runs on a short-stay hourly structure that rolls into a daily cap, with separate long-stay pricing once you keep the car for several days. If you’re parking more than 3–4 days, pre-booking online with AENA can be noticeably cheaper than drive-up rates at P1 General Car Park. Keep your ticket with you since you pay at the machines inside T1 before exiting.

Security cameras cover the entrances and main circulation lanes, and airport staff patrol the wider forecourt area. You park yourself, so remember the exact row and level information printed on the nearest pillar or sign. The walking route from P1 to departures and arrivals is flat, signed, and lit, which helps if you land late on one of Ibiza’s 02:00 arrivals.

Practical tip: in peak summer Fridays and Sundays, drive straight to P1 at least 20–30 minutes earlier than usual, as queues at the entry barrier and ticket machines can add a few minutes before you reach T1 check-in.
