30-second walk from Ibiza T1 doors to the Express Car Park
This is Ibiza Airport’s short-stay Express Car Park, right in front of Terminal 1, set up for fast drop-offs and pick-ups rather than long stays. It sits directly opposite the T1 departures entrance, so you’re rolling bags from car to doors in under a minute. Use this when you’re dropping someone for a flight or meeting an arrival and don’t want to circle the access road.
Pricing is by the minute, not a flat daily rate, and it’s aimed at stays under 30–60 minutes rather than full days. You take a ticket at the barrier, park in one of the clearly marked bays, and pay at the machines before driving out. If you’re stopping longer than a couple of hours, it usually works out cheaper to move to the main general car park instead of leaving the car here.
The car park is inside the airport’s main access loop for T1, so you stay on signed airport roads the whole time with no shuttle transfers. Spaces are uncovered, standard size, and laid out in a single surface-level field, so you can usually see the terminal doors from your bay. Signage is marked “Express” / “Short Stay” as you approach from the PM-801 access road into the airport.
Accessibility is straightforward: there are reserved disabled bays close to the pedestrian exit toward the terminal, and the walking route to T1 is flat with dropped kerbs. Payment machines accept cards and cash, and receipts show entry and exit times down to the minute, which matters if you’re trying to keep the stop under a short free or reduced-rate window when offered.
Practical tip: if your pickup is on a tight schedule, wait on the PM-801 approach road until your passenger texts they have bags in hand, then swing into the Express Car Park to keep your ticket time as low as possible.
