केएफ़सी sits landside in T1 at Hyderabad, before security, near gates 20 and 03–04 signage on the departure level. That “pre-checkpoint” location makes it useful if family is seeing you off and wants to sit with you over food before you line up for CISF screening.

Expect the standard India KFC menu: Hot & Crispy chicken, Boneless Strips, rice bowls, Krushers-style drinks, and value burgers starting around ₹129. Combos with fries and a drink usually sit in the ₹250–₹450 range, so it’s one of the cheaper full-meal options in this part of the terminal.

You’ll also find another counter closer to gate 28B signage, still technically on the landside stretch of T1. That helps if your airline checks in at the far end of the hall and you don’t want to walk all the way back just to grab food.

Service is counter-order with a digital display; typical wait times off-peak sit around 5–10 minutes for fried chicken. During evening bank departures from about 7 pm to 10 pm, that can stretch closer to 20 minutes as families queue with multiple bucket orders.

Stick to the core items that turn over fastest: Hot & Crispy pieces, Boneless Strips, and fries. Chicken buckets of 6 or 10 pieces are usually fresh because staff push them constantly, while niche items like specialty desserts or limited-time sides are more hit-or-miss on availability at this T1 outlet.

Note the key limitation: केएफ़सी is not post-security, so once you go past the T1 security check you won’t see another KFC counter. If you want hot chicken on your flight, buy it here, pack it in a carry bag, and allow at least 25–30 minutes afterward to clear security and walk to a gate in the low-20s.
