Korean Air’s HNL lounge hides out in Terminal 2’s Garden Court

The Korean Air Lounge sits in the Garden Court section of Terminal 2, a quieter pocket away from the C, F, and G concourses where ANA, JAL Sakura, and the United Club cluster together. If your Korean Air flight uses the main international gates, expect a 5–10 minute walk back to the lounge before boarding.

Airport maps place the lounge explicitly under “Garden Court” in Terminal 2, so you’re not headed toward Gates C1–C9 or F1–F2 like most international passengers. Look for Garden Court signage after security instead of following the crowd toward the bigger-brand lounges.

HNL’s official site lists Korean Air Lounge without opening hours, so timing is likely aligned to KE departures rather than a fixed 05:00–22:00 schedule. If you have an early-morning or late-night flight outside the main Korea bank, assume it may be closed and build in a backup plan in Terminal 2.

There’s no publicly published day-pass price, and the airport lounge list simply marks Korean Air Lounge with the airline name and Garden Court location. Treat it as a standard airline-affiliated space mainly for KE premium-cabin and status passengers, not a paid Priority Pass-style room you can just walk into with a card.

Because this lounge sits away from ANA, Sakura, and United Club, you trade proximity to most food options in the central Terminal 2 area for a bit more breathing room. If you want a full meal from the main food court by Gates C and F, grab it before you head down to Garden Court and then use the lounge for seats, Wi‑Fi, and power.

The lack of reviews on FlyerTalk, Reddit, and blogs means expectations should stay modest: think small international outstation lounge, not a flagship space like Korean Air’s Prestige Suite at ICN. The upside is that this usually means fewer crowds than the better-known lounges around the C/F/G concourses.

One practical tip: confirm lounge access and opening time at the Korean Air check-in desk in Terminal 2 before you clear security. That 30-second check saves you a round-trip walk to Garden Court if the lounge is closed or if your ticket or status doesn’t qualify.
