JAL PLAZA in Terminal 3 sits near Japan Airlines check-in and gates used for many long-haul flights. It’s airside in the international terminal, so you’re fine once you’ve cleared security and immigration. Expect typical Tokyo airport pricing, not downtown discount levels, but nothing outrageous for snacks or souvenirs on a short layover.

This shop leans hard into JAL-branded goods: model aircraft, logo tote bags, and small items that actually fit in an already-full cabin bag. You’ll also see standard Japanese airport gifts like boxed sweets and regional snacks, often in the ¥1,000–¥3,000 range. If you need something presentable for colleagues and don’t want to hunt around the rest of T3, this works.

Hours track most long-haul banks in T3, usually early morning through late-night departures; count on it being open for flights leaving between about 07:00 and 23:00, but don’t cut it to the last 5 minutes before boarding.
