Gate-side JAL merch and gifts in T1

JAL PLAZA in Terminal 1 is the airport-brand shop for Japan Airlines fans, with shelves of JAL-logo goods you don’t usually see downtown. You’ll find it airside in the domestic wing of HND T1, handy if you’re flying JAL or codeshares from this terminal and want something airline-specific instead of generic Tokyo souvenirs.

Expect prices in the ¥500–¥3,000 range for small items like keychains, pens, folders, and snacks, with higher tags on model aircraft, bags, and travel accessories. Stock leans heavily into JAL liveries and logo items, so this is where to grab a 1:200 or 1:400 model of a JAL jet or a branded tote before a T1 departure.

Hours usually track main T1 retail times, roughly early morning to late evening in line with JAL’s domestic bank of flights. If you’re on a late-night departure around 21:00 or later, assume shutters may already be down and shop earlier in your layover. Being post-security, you need a same-day boarding pass for T1 to get here at all.

Stock is mostly small, packable gifts, so it works well as a last 10-minute stop before heading to gates in the 1–24 range. If you care about aircraft models or airline-branded gear, budget a focused 15 minutes here so you don’t end up browsing in a rush when your flight is already boarding.
