Baker & Spice may be Hyatt-adjacent, not actually in T4

Some trip reports mention Baker & Spice when talking about the new Hyatt Regency Hangzhou International Airport, but T4’s official restaurant list doesn’t show that English name anywhere. For now, treat it as part of the airport hotel complex, not a confirmed in-terminal option in T4.

The hotel sits directly linked to HGH, but the Hyatt Regency Hangzhou International Airport dining page only lists Baker & Spice in the context of the property, not as a standalone airside outlet in Terminal 4. If you’re already landside and walking toward the hotel, you may find it signed in Chinese or under a slightly different English translation.

Terminal 4 at Hangzhou Xiaoshan uses gates that serve both domestic and international flights, yet the airport’s T4 directory does not show a gate number or zone for Baker & Spice. Until the airport posts clearer maps or signage, expect to rely on hotel wayfinding or front-desk staff at the Hyatt to point you to the bakery if it exists within their connected zone.

Hours, price tier, and exact location inside T4 all show as blank in airport materials, unlike other tenants that list opening times down to the half-hour and tag themselves as landside or airside. That gap is the main red flag here: nothing on the Chinese-language T4 listings, nothing on map boards, and no traveler photos pinned to a specific HGH gate area.

Practical tip: if you really want Baker & Spice, plan at least 30 extra minutes to walk toward the Hyatt Regency side of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and ask at the hotel front desk; if you’re already airside in T4 with a tight connection under 60 minutes, don’t count on finding it inside the terminal at all.
