Right inside T1, Relay is the default last-minute stop.
This Relay sits in Terminal T1 at Geneva Airport and covers the basics: drinks, snacks, books, magazines, and travel essentials. Prices run higher than downtown Geneva, but in line with typical Swiss airport markups. Expect standard European kiosk brands rather than anything unique to Geneva.
Hours usually track T1’s flight schedule, opening early morning for the first departures and staying open into late evening when the last medium-haul flights head out. If you’re on a 06:00–07:00 departure, this is one of the first places in T1 where you can actually buy a coffee-in-a-can and a pastry-style snack without hunting around the terminal.
Product range is classic Relay: bottled water, soft drinks, grab-and-go sweets, crisps, plus a decent rack of international newspapers and magazines in English, French, and German. You’ll also find phone chargers, Euro-to-Swiss plug adapters, basic headphones, and travel-sized toiletries, which is handy if your bag got pulled at security and something was taken out.
Food quality is fine for packaged items, but don’t expect fresh hot meals or barista coffee here; Relay is more kiosk than café. If you have 20+ minutes before boarding and want a proper sandwich or espresso, use this stop for water and essentials, then walk further down T1 toward the main restaurant cluster.
Tip: buy your water at Relay after security in T1, not in town, so you don’t risk losing it at the checkpoint and paying twice.
