Hudson

T1

Near most T1 gates, Hudson is the basic grab-and-go stop.

This Hudson in Terminal T1 sits airside, so you hit it after security on the way to the Schengen gates. It runs long hours that roughly track the first and last departures, so early LX flights and late EZY turns are usually covered. Think standard airport convenience store: magazines, snacks, drinks, and some last-minute travel gear. Prices run a bit higher than downtown Geneva kiosks, but still normal by Swiss airport standards.

On shelves you’ll see bottled water, sodas, and coffee drinks alongside branded Swiss chocolate bars and multipacks. A 0.5L water typically sits around the CHF 3 mark, and single chocolate bars hover near CHF 2–3 depending on brand. There’s a small rack of prepacked sandwiches and chips if you want something you can eat at the gate. It’s not a full café, more of a quick stop to keep you going until you’re on board.

Hudson also carries power banks, basic USB cables, and travel adapters, useful if you show up at T1 with the wrong plug for a 230V Swiss socket. Expect Geneva and Switzerland souvenirs too: keyrings, fridge magnets, and logo mugs that pack easily in a cabin bag. Stock turns over quickly on peak ski weekends when T1 fills with charter and easyJet traffic, so don’t assume the exact snack you like will be there.

Practical tip: if you want water for the flight, buy it here in T1 rather than counting on the vending machines at some outlying gates, which are sometimes out of stock between banks of departures.
