Gate-side burritos and bowls at GSP’s Main Terminal
QDOBA Mexican Eats sits past security in GSP’s Main Terminal, so you can walk there in a couple of minutes from most gates. It’s a fast-casual Mexican setup where you order at the counter, watch them build your burrito or bowl, then head to your seat with a tray. Expect mid-range airport pricing: most mains land in the $10–$15 range before a drink.
This spot runs through the main flight banks, opening early enough to catch morning departures and staying open into the evening rush; hours track roughly with the bulk of GSP’s schedule, but late-night stragglers shouldn’t bank on it. The menu hits the usual QDOBA standards: customizable burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and bowls with your choice of chicken, steak, or plant-based protein. Salsa, queso, and guac are there, but remember you’re at an airport, so portions can feel tighter than a street location.
Figure 5–10 minutes from joining the line to walking away with food during normal traffic; during a bank of departures on Delta, United, or American, you might see that stretch closer to 15. Seating is shared with the nearby food court area in the Main Terminal, so you’ll usually find a table if you walk 20–30 feet away from the counter instead of stopping at the first open chair.
Order strategy: bowls travel better than tacos if you’re heading straight to a gate and might get stuck in a boarding queue for 20 minutes. The queso and chips work as a snack to split, but two people will probably want a full entrée each. Drinks run at typical airport markups, and a combo with a fountain drink can push you past $18.
Practical tip: if your layover is under 30 minutes, mobile board pass ready, walk directly here after security, order a bowl, skip queso add-ons, and eat within sight of your gate in the Main Terminal so you can move when boarding starts.
