Valet

Door-to-door drop-off next to the Main Terminal at GSP

Valet Parking at Greenville-Spartanburg (GSP) sits right next to the Main Terminal, so you hand over the keys at the curb and walk a short distance inside. Daily rates run $26, which makes this the most expensive on-airport option compared with the garages and economy lots. The trade-off is skipping the hunt for a space, ramps, and any shuttle rides.

Hours matter here: valet opens daily at 4:15 a.m. and stays open until one hour after the last arrival of the day. That schedule lines up well with first departures out of GSP and late‑night returns, but if your flight gets in after that window, you will not be able to pick up through valet until it reopens. Always match your scheduled arrival time against that “one hour after last flight” rule.

The $26/day rate is current airport pricing; older blog posts still quote around $21/day, from when the garage sat near $16/day. Those numbers are out of date, so do not plan your budget around them. If you are comparing costs, run your trip length against $26/day for valet versus the much lower daily caps in Garage A/B or Economy, which are posted on GSP’s parking page.

Regular GSP flyers say they mainly use valet on corporate trips or when running late for the first flights of the morning, then switch to cheaper options the rest of the time. Locals who travel often tend to reserve valet for tight turns where saving 10–15 minutes at drop-off and pickup actually matters. If time is not tight, they park themselves and pocket the difference.

Practical tip: on early departures, aim to reach valet around 90 minutes before boarding, factoring in that the stand does not open until 4:15 a.m.
