Wine Bar

T2

Gate-side glasses of Polish wine in T2

Just past security in Terminal T2, Wine Bar sits in the main departures area and focuses on by-the-glass pours you can actually finish before boarding. You’re airside, so it works for all Schengen departures from Gdańsk. It’s a quick stop if your gate is in the mid-teens, and you can usually see your gate number on the nearby screens while you drink.

Expect prices in the roughly 20–35 PLN range per glass, higher for anything more premium or sparkling. Bottles run higher but still under typical Western Europe airport pricing. You’ll find Polish labels alongside familiar European producers, so you can keep it local or stick to safe options like Italian reds or Spanish whites. There are also a few spirits and basic cocktails if you’re not in a wine mood.

Food is light and geared around the glass: small plates like cheese, cold cuts, and simple bar snacks that run around 15–30 PLN. This is not a full meal stop; think pre-flight nibble, not dinner. If you want something hot or more filling, plan to eat elsewhere in T2 and use Wine Bar as a second stop for a drink only.

Seating is bar stools and a few small tables right in the open concourse of T2, so you hear standard boarding calls and roll-aboards going past. Service runs throughout core flight banks, roughly from early morning departures into the late evening wave, but closing times can tighten after about 21:00 if traffic is light. You pay at the bar, so it’s easy to leave fast when your gate shows “boarding.”

Tip: check your gate on the T2 screens before ordering a bottle; if you’re at a low 20s gate and boarding starts in under 30 minutes, stick to a single glass so you’re not sprinting through departures with leftovers.
