Restaurant Hampton by Hilton

Breakfast starts at 6:00 in the Restaurant Hampton by Hilton

This sit-down spot sits inside the Hampton by Hilton Gdańsk Airport hotel, a 3–4 minute covered walk from terminals T1 and T2. It’s landside, so you can eat here even before checking in or while waiting for someone to land. Signage to the hotel is clear from both terminals, and you don’t go through any extra security to reach it.

The restaurant runs on hotel hours: breakfast from around 6:00 to 10:00, then an all-day menu through the evening, often past 22:00. That timing makes it one of the few places near GDN where you can sit down for a proper plate instead of grabbing a pastry at the gate. If you have a very early Ryanair or Wizz Air flight out of T2, you can eat here first and then walk over.

Pricing tracks typical mid-range hotel levels: expect mains in the 40–70 PLN range and soft drinks around 10–15 PLN. You’ll see standard European hotel fare such as burgers and pasta, plus Polish-leaning dishes like pork or chicken schnitzel and soups. Portions are usually enough that one main will carry you through a 2–3 hour flight without needing extra snacks.

The space is shared with the hotel bar, so you can get beer, wine, and basic mixed drinks; draft beer typically runs around 12–18 PLN. Seating is mostly standard tables for two or four, with some high-tops near the bar area. Power outlets along a few walls help if you need to charge a laptop before heading back to T1 or T2.

Because it’s technically part of the hotel, peak times follow check-in and breakfast rushes, roughly 7:00–9:00 and 18:00–20:00. If you’re connecting through Gdańsk with a 3–4 hour layover and prefer a quieter meal than you’ll find in T2’s food court, plan to walk over right after you land. Tip: build in 10 minutes total for the round trip between your gate and the hotel restaurant.
