Opening hours simply mirror Terminal 2’s flight schedule, roughly 04:00 until the last evening departures clear. There’s no door, no check-in, and no access rules, so anyone flying from T2 can sit here without a lounge pass or airline status. If you’re used to the paid Executive Lounge in T2, set expectations way lower: this is a free, public zone only.

You won’t find hot food, bar service, or showers in this quiet area.
