Gate-side toy fix in Terminal 1

This is Juguetron in Terminal 1, inside the main departures shopping strip after security. It’s a straight toy store: branded plush, dolls, action figures, blocks, puzzles, and a lot of plastic vehicles. Expect airport pricing, with small items starting around the gift-shop norm and bigger boxed sets pushing into “carry-on as second bag” territory. If you skipped souvenirs in town and remember a kid at home at the last minute, this is your easiest save before boarding.

Hours at Guadalajara Airport shops in Terminal 1 typically track flight banks, opening early for the first departures around 05:00 and running through the late-night departures bank near 23:00. Juguetron sits in that cluster, so you’ll usually find it open during prime departure windows. It’s post-security, so you need a boarding pass in hand; no use planning a stop here if someone is just dropping you at the curb.

Stock skews to familiar Mexican and international brands, so expect licensed characters from TV and movies, plus classic toys that fit easily into a backpack. Prices on small cars, puzzles, and blind-bag collectibles usually land in the quick-gift range, while larger boxed sets can run higher than downtown Guadalajara toy shops. If your flight leaves from a far 20s gate, add 5–10 minutes to walk back here and return.

Tip: don’t wait until final boarding call. Hit Juguetron while you’re still in the central Terminal 1 hall, then walk to your gate with the bag already packed so you’re not juggling loose toys during security checks or boarding lines.
