550 MXN caps your first 24 hours in GDL’s Short-Term lot

This is the official Short-Term Parking right in front of Guadalajara Airport terminals 1 and 2, with posted rates starting at 55 MXN for up to 60 minutes and climbing to 550 MXN by the 9–10 hour mark. After that, the first day is capped at 550 MXN per calendar day, which then repeats as the maximum payable per day for the next 11 days.

The lot is first-come, first-served and fairly large, with about 2,582 marked spaces and 91 of those set aside as disabled spaces close to the terminals. It sits on airport property, so you stay on-foot the entire time; no shuttle loop, no off-site detour, just a short walk into terminal 1 or terminal 2 once you’ve parked.

Pricing is tiered by the hour: 55 MXN for up to 1 hour, 110 MXN for 1–2 hours, then stepping up across the day until you hit the 550 MXN daily cap between 9 and 10 hours. That makes quick drop-offs or pick-ups relatively cheap, but anything beyond half a day basically lands you at the full daily rate.

The airport advertises 24-hour secured parking here, with an “intelligent guidance system” that directs you to free spaces and links into the automated ticketing and quick payment system. Regulars typically follow the guidance signs as they enter, then use the automated payment kiosks on the way back from terminals 1 or 2 to pay before they drive out.

Tip: If you’re staying more than 8 hours, mentally treat it as an overnight at 550 MXN and pick a space near a landmark or row number so you can find your car fast when you come out of terminal 1 or 2.
