Hello

T1 Open · 09:00-17:00 ★ 2 $$$$

Arriving hungry in T1? Hello sits right in the public arrivals hall.

Hello is landside in Fuerteventura Airport’s T1, in the public arrivals area, so you reach it before baggage belts 1–10 and without going through security. It runs on short daytime hours, opening 09:00 and closing at 17:00, so don’t count on it for early-morning departures or evening flights.

The setup is a small fast-food counter, more takeaway than sit-down restaurant, and priced in the mid-range $$ bracket compared with the rest of the terminal. Think quick bites you can carry to the car hire desks or the taxi rank, not a long lunch with table service or a bar tab.

For timing, figure 5–10 minutes to grab something if there’s already a queue of one or two just off an arriving flight, and then another 5 minutes to walk out toward the official taxi stand in front of T1. The 09:00–17:00 window lines up best with mid-morning and afternoon arrivals from mainland Spain and other European hubs.

Food options are basic fast-food, so use it for a simple sandwich or snack rather than anything elaborate; the value sits in not having to wait until you reach Puerto del Rosario or Corralejo. With the airport’s overall rating scene pretty average and Hello pulling about a 2 out of 5, keep expectations low on quality and treat it as fuel, not a highlight.

Watch out for that 17:00 closing time on delayed flights or late-afternoon arrivals; landing at 16:30 leaves you maybe 20–25 minutes to clear the jet bridge, walk through passport control if needed, and order before the shutters come down.

Practical tip: if your flight lands after 17:00, skip looking for Hello and head straight outside to town instead of wasting 5–10 minutes in the arrivals hall.
