That vagueness usually means the Universal facility tracks movements on the GA ramp instead of a public timetable. If your flight plan or handling confirmation doesn’t list exact lounge opening times, message your FBO or handler at least 24 hours before arrival into Fortaleza and get a written time window.

The same issue shows up on pricing: the day pass field is just “/6,” with no BRL or USD amount. That’s the opposite of public lounges at FOR, where you see fixed prices around the 150–250 BRL mark.
