Gate-side sugar hit in Terminal 1
This Krispy Kreme sits airside in Don Mueang’s Terminal 1, handy if your flight goes from the international side of the building. You’re looking at standard mall-style pricing for Thailand, not the inflated coffee-bar numbers you sometimes see at airports. Expect classic Original Glazed, chocolate iced, and seasonal specials in the case, plus coffee and soft drinks to go with them.
Open hours at DMK Terminal 1 usually track the main bank of departures from early morning through late evening, roughly 06:00 to 22:00, though it can close earlier on very quiet nights. If you land from an early AirAsia or Nok Air run into T1, this can be your first sugar and caffeine stop before heading into Bangkok. Coming on a late flight, don’t bank on it being open after 22:00.
A single doughnut typically runs under 50 THB, and a box of a dozen Original Glazed sits well under 300 THB, so it’s one of the cheaper snacks in Terminal 1 compared with many sit-down spots. Coffee prices land in the 60–90 THB range for basic hot drinks, in line with chains elsewhere in Bangkok. If you need to feed a group at gate level, the dozen-box works out far better value than buying individually.
Seating is limited at this Terminal 1 branch, and most people just grab a box and head back to their gate area near the C and D pier intersections. Doughnuts hold up fine on a short hop to Chiang Mai, Phuket, or Singapore, and a box fits easily under the seat in front of you. If you want fresh-off-the-rack Original Glazed, ask staff which tray just came out; they’ll point you to the warm ones.
Tip: if you’re connecting between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at DMK, buy your Krispy Kreme in T1 before walking over; the queues here are usually shorter than at landside coffee spots near the T2 domestic check-in rows.
