Gate-side caffeine fix in Terminal 2

Black Canyon Coffee sits airside in Terminal 2 at Don Mueang, an easy stop if you’re flying domestic on airlines like AirAsia or Nok Air. It’s a familiar Thai chain, so menu boards show both English and Thai, and staff usually call out orders by receipt number. Expect standard airport pricing: hot drinks around 80–110 THB and iced drinks closer to 100–130 THB.

Coffee is the main play here. The Thai iced coffee and iced latte run about 100–120 THB and come in large plastic cups you can carry to any T2 gate. Espresso-based drinks include cappuccino, americano, and mocha, made on a proper machine rather than push-button dispensers. If you need non-caffeinated, they also pour iced chocolate and teas at similar prices.

Food is basic but workable for a quick pre-flight bite. You’ll usually find sandwiches, cakes, and small pastries in a chilled case next to the register, each labelled with prices in THB, often in the 60–120 THB range. It’s more snack than full meal, so plan on topping up elsewhere if you want something heavier than a ham and cheese toastie or a small slice of cake.

The shop runs long hours to match early and late domestic departures in Terminal 2, with opening times typically around the first bank of morning flights and closing after the final evening wave. Seating is limited and fills fast when several gates in T2 board at once, so expect to take your drink back toward your gate if every table is occupied.

Tip: if your boarding pass shows a Terminal 2 gate change, order your drink in a takeaway cup; DMK’s T2 walking distances can hit 5–10 minutes and you don’t want to abandon a ceramic mug mid-sprint.
