The Marketplace

T3

The burgers here run about 200–250 MXN in Terminal 3

The Marketplace sits airside in CUN Terminal T3, so you’re past security before you run into it. It functions as a basic sit‑down spot and bar for international departures, with typical casual fare: burgers, sandwiches, salads, and breakfast plates. Pricing lands in the mid-range for Cancun Airport; expect mains in the 180–280 MXN bracket and soft drinks around 40–60 MXN.

Service hours usually track the T3 international banks, so doors tend to open by around 06:00 and stay active into the late evening rush near 21:00–22:00. That timing makes it one of the few spots in T3 where you can still grab a hot meal if your transborder flight gets pushed late. Seating is standard airport tables and high‑tops, with most space within sight of nearby departure gates in T3.

The bar at The Marketplace pours the usual Mexican beers—think Corona, Modelo, Pacifico—plus basic mixed drinks with tequila or rum starting near 150 MXN. Wine is usually limited to a couple of house options by the glass. Food portions skew on the larger side compared with some of the grab‑and‑go counters in T3, so one main can easily carry you through a 3–4 hour flight.

Card payment works fine here, and they routinely accept both pesos and US dollars, though the in‑house exchange rate can be worse than what you got from your bank by 5–10%. Your boarding pass and passport stay with you at the table; staff call out flights based on the T3 screens if delays stack up, so keep an eye on your gate, especially when departures move between the T3 A and B gate clusters.

Tip: build in at least 45 minutes before boarding if you plan a full meal at The Marketplace in T3; orders can slow down when two or more widebodies board within the same 30‑minute window.
