Grab'n Go

T3

Upper-level T3 food court spot for pure speed

On the upper level of Terminal 3’s post-security food court, Grab'n Go is the utilitarian option when you just need calories before boarding. Everything sits behind security in T3 departures, so you can hit it after passport control without backtracking. Think pre-made sandwiches, drinks, and packaged snacks you can carry straight to the gate.

Terminal 3 at Cancún handles a lot of US and Canadian flights, and lines at sit-down places can stall out around peak bank times mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Grab'n Go cuts that risk: you walk up, grab what’s in the case, pay, and you’re out in a couple of minutes. This is the spot when your boarding pass says “group 3 at 11:20” and it’s already 10:55.

Prices run on typical Mexico tourist-airport logic: expect bottled water around 40–60 MXN and simple sandwiches closer to 150–220 MXN. It’s not gourmet, but it’s cheaper and faster than ordering a full meal at a bar in the same T3 food court. If you want a proper hot plate, hit another outlet nearby; if you want something you can eat in row 26B, this works.

Food options skew toward cold items and packaged goods, so plan around that. Grab chips, cookies, or candy for longer flights to the US or Canada out of Terminal 3, since in-flight buy-on-board can run higher than the airport markup. Drinks are mostly soft drinks and bottled juices; don’t count on specialty coffee here when there are dedicated coffee stands elsewhere in T3.

Practical tip: clear security first, then head straight up to the Terminal 3 food court, hit Grab'n Go for something portable, and carry it down to your gate so you’re not trapped in a slow restaurant when boarding starts.
