The Terminal 3 Parking Lot sits directly in front of T3 departures at Cancún International Airport, so you walk 2–4 minutes from car to check-in. It’s a short-term surface lot, best aligned with drop-offs, pick-ups, or same-day trips flying airlines that use T3. Entry is signed simply as "Estacionamiento Terminal 3," right off the main airport loop road.
This is true short-stay pricing: you pay by the hour, with a free grace period that typically covers the first 10–15 minutes for quick curb-style runs. After that, expect rates that climb by the hour and then cap at a daily maximum; plan it for stays of a few hours, not multi-day vacations. You pay at automated machines near the pedestrian exits before driving out.
Terminal 3 Parking Lot sits landside, before security, so it works for meeting arriving passengers or checking in early. Walking time to the main T3 entrance is usually under 5 minutes, even from the far end of the rows. Lighting is basic but functional at night, and there are marked pedestrian paths that funnel you toward the glass-front terminal doors.
This lot mainly serves T3 airlines and is less useful if you’re flying from T2 or T4. Driving between terminals can eat 10–20 minutes depending on traffic on the airport ring road, and walking between T3 and the other terminals with luggage is not realistic. If your flight departs T2 or T4, use the parking dedicated to that terminal instead of parking at T3 and trying to shuttle over.
Tip: For pick-ups at T3, pull into this lot, take the free first minutes, and wait for the "llegadas" message before walking the 2–3 minutes to arrivals.
