Priority Pass gets you into Super Lounge on the Domestic side

Super Lounge sits airside in the Domestic terminal at New Chitose (CTS), in the same credit‑card lounge ecosystem you see at many Japanese airports. Access usually comes via local gold cards, Priority Pass, or similar programs, not airline status, and walk‑up cash entry can run around ¥1,000–¥1,500 if allowed. Think of it as a paid waiting room behind security rather than a full-service flagship.

Hours typically track Domestic bank schedules, roughly morning through late evening when flights are running, so assume first departures around 7:00 and last access before the 21:00–22:00 wave. Because it’s airside, you clear security first, then head here for a seat near your gate instead of camping in the main concourse. If you have a tight sub‑45‑minute connection, skip it; you’ll spend more time walking in and out than actually sitting.

Food is the weak point: FlyerTalk regulars report Super‑style lounges at CTS offering soft drinks and maybe a couple of packaged snacks, but no hot dishes or real meals. Expect self‑serve soda, coffee from a machine, tea, and maybe juice—nothing like a sit‑down ramen bowl. If you’re hungry, grab something in the Domestic food court first, then use the lounge for drinks and Wi‑Fi only.

On the plus side, Wi‑Fi and power outlets are the main reason Japan‑based points fans bother scanning in here. You’ll find standard 100V outlets along walls and near some seats, which beats hunting for plugs at the gate when your phone is at 12%. One FlyerTalk poster jokes that these lounges “exist to make you want to get on the plane as quickly as possible,” and that’s about right: charge up, sip a drink, move on.

Seating is typical for a domestic card lounge: rows of armchairs, small side tables, and a few work‑adjacent spots rather than true desks. Capacity is limited, so during the 17:00–19:00 evening bank it can feel like an overflow gate area with slightly better chairs. Restrooms are usually just outside in the terminal rather than inside the lounge itself, so factor in a couple of extra minutes if you need a bathroom run before boarding.

Practical tip: buy your real food landside or in the Domestic concourse, then use Super Lounge purely as a 20–30 minute charging and soft‑drink stop before heading to your gate at CTS.
