P3 is Brussels South Charleroi Airport’s budget long-stay car park, officially run by the airport and set up for people who care more about price than convenience. It’s an outdoor lot, and the walk to T1 or T2 runs about 20 minutes at normal pace with luggage. Think of it as the far edge of the on-site options before you’re into off-airport shuttle territory.

Daily pricing at P3 typically lands in the low :20–:30 € bracket, depending on promos and how early you book. It only works via online reservation, so you can’t just roll up to the barrier during busy summer weekends and expect a ticket. Regulars watch CRL’s website for advance deals, then lock in P3 when a long trip lines up with a sale.

The access guide lists P3 as walk-only: no shuttle, no moving walkway, just sidewalks from the car park to the terminal doors. Forum posters describe it as “vraiment loin, compte 20 minutes à pied,” and the distance feels longer at 05:00 in January rain or with kids in tow. If you want a van to the terminal, local private parks with shuttles sit in the same price band when P3 promos aren’t running.

Complaints cluster around two things: that 20-minute walk in bad weather, and travellers who didn’t realise P3 is online-booking-only and met a closed or full gate. Belgian budget flyers either book P3 weeks ahead or skip it entirely for private shuttle parks. Tip: if your departure time is tight or you land late at night, pad at least 30 minutes extra in your schedule just for the walk from P3 to T1/T2.
