P4 sits right by Terminal 3, easy walk to check-in
P4 is a multi-storey parking garage next to Copenhagen Airport’s Terminal 3, so you walk to departures in a few minutes without waiting for a shuttle. It’s signed as “P4” on airport approach roads; follow the blue parking symbols and you’ll see the P4 entrance shortly before the main Terminal 3 drop-off zone.
This is long-term parking under cover, useful in Copenhagen’s winter rain and wind. P4 connects to Terminal 3 via a short, covered pedestrian route, and from Terminal 3 you can reach Terminal 2 in about 5–10 minutes on foot. If you’re flying SAS or other Star Alliance carriers from T3, this is one of the closest garages for check-in.
Copenhagen Airport usually prices P-garages like P4 above the remote outdoor lots, so expect to pay more than P15 or P17 but less than the ultra-close premium zones at the terminal façade. Prebooking on the official CPH site can cut the daily rate significantly versus drive-up pricing, especially in peak summer weeks and school holidays.
P4 has marked pedestrian paths and lifts, which helps if you’re rolling two big suitcases and cabin bags. Height restrictions apply in this garage, so high vans and campers should check the stated clearance in metres at the entrance boards before pulling in. For standard passenger cars and typical family SUVs, clearance is usually not an issue, but always check the posted sign as you enter.
One practical tip: if you have an early morning departure before 07:00, book P4 in advance and aim to park on a lower level close to the Terminal 3 side exit. It trims a few extra minutes off the walk when you’re half-awake and trying to reach the bag drop on time.
