Aspire Lounge

2 · /A/

Between Piers A and B, Aspire in T2 is the “default” Schengen Priority Pass stop when Aviator is full.

The Aspire Lounge sits airside in Terminal 2, Schengen side, between Piers A and B near the /A/ gates, a few steps from the Aviator lounge. It’s before passport control, so you stay in the Schengen zone and keep your walk to most intra-Europe gates under 5–10 minutes. If you’re flying BA or another Schengen departure from T2, you’re in the right place without a terminal change.

Hours float around standard daytime bank times, roughly covering early morning waves through evening departures in Terminal 2, but always check your day’s schedule in the CPH app. Access is through Priority Pass and on some days via British Airways vouchers when BA’s usual non-Schengen option is closed, which adds a noticeable rush around UK departure banks.

Food is basic by CPH standards and clearly a step down from Eventyr’s spread non-Schengen side. Expect a small hot item or two at meal times, soup, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and snacks rather than a full meal. Regulars on FlyerTalk specifically rate Eventyr “best of the four PP lounges,” so treat Aspire as functional fuel and coffee, not a destination dining stop.

Drinks run to standard beer, wine, a couple of self-pour spirits, and soft drinks from fridges along the wall. Coffee comes from machines, fine for a pre-7 a.m. wake-up before early Schengen flights out of the A pier, but nothing you’d arrive hours early for. If you want more interesting Scandinavian craft options, you’ll do better in the public terminal bars.

Space overlooks the apron between the A and B piers, so you at least get real window seats with aircraft views instead of an interior box. Seating mixes armchairs, small tables, and some work-friendly spots with power, but during those BA voucher evenings and Priority Pass rushes, grabbing a window seat can mean stalking for 5–10 minutes.

Regulars use Aspire or Aviator only when they plan to depart Schengen-side and don’t want to risk passport control for Eventyr in non-Schengen. Flyers on mixed-itinerary days will sometimes eat properly at Eventyr, then move back through control early if they’re connecting onto a Schengen sector, keeping Aspire for a quick drink near the gate.

Watch out for the BA departure bank to London, usually late afternoon to evening, when BA sends Club and status passengers here by voucher and the lounge feels overrun for 60–90 minutes. At those times, food can run low between restocks and power outlets are scarce.

One practical tip: if your boarding pass shows a non-Schengen gate and you have at least 90 minutes, clear passport control and head for Eventyr; use Aspire only when your flight departs from the A/B Schengen gates or you’re tight on time and need to stay close to Terminal 2 security.
