Ayurvedic Spa Kiosk

T3

T3’s Ayurvedic Spa Kiosk sits near the main departures concourse

This small stand-alone kiosk in Terminal T3 focuses on quick, traditional Ayurvedic treatments you can squeeze in before boarding. It’s post-security, so you’re already past check-in and immigration when you reach it. You’ll usually see one or two therapists on duty at a time, which keeps things low-key but can mean a short wait if you land right after a busy bank of international departures.

Expect short-format services rather than full spa rituals: chair back-and-shoulder work, basic head and neck treatments, and simple hand or foot massages using Ayurvedic oils. Sessions commonly run in 10–30 minute blocks, with pricing stepping up by duration. Figure on roughly coffee-shop money for a 10-minute quick fix and mid-range restaurant money for half an hour. You stay in your travel clothes, so there’s no room-change or shower involved.

Because it’s a kiosk in the T3 departures hall, privacy is lighter than in a closed spa room; treatments happen in a semi-open setup with screens, so it’s fine for a tension reset but not for deep relaxation. Most people stop in while waiting for international flights leaving from the mid-100 gate range. Cash and standard cards are accepted, and staff are used to handling tight boarding times.

Plan at least 20 minutes between the end of your session and your boarding time so you’re not rushing through T3’s central security filters and gate checks with oil still on your hands. Bring a small pack of tissues or wipes if you’re picky about any residue on skin, especially before a long-haul in economy.
