Right in the T1 Schengen hall by gates 1–10, Labyrinth Flavors runs more like a bakery counter than a sit-down restaurant. You’re already post-security, so this is a straight shot from screening to pastry case, in the same strip as Gregory’s and Forno. Expect a mix of Greek baked goods, sandwiches, and espresso drinks rather than plated meals.

Figure on mid-range airport pricing: about $$ for a coffee and pastry combo, not rock-bottom but reasonable for CHQ. Standard espresso drinks, Greek coffee, and bottled water line the counter, with pastries stacked on trays behind glass. It’s set up for quick orders and takeaway to the gate, not lingering for an hour with table service.

The sweet spot here is traditional Greek pastries. Look for bougatsa slices, cheese pies, and spinach pies alongside basic croissants and cakes. If you’re flying out of Schengen gates 1–10 on an early flight, this is one of the few places open in that cluster with proper coffee plus something warm to eat. For anything resembling a full lunch or dinner, you’ll be happier eating earlier in town or at a different airport spot.

There’s no major red flag from regulars or reviewers; queues form mainly in the morning wave before 09:00 when several departures stack up. Service moves quickly, but the pastry case can be a little picked-over between restocks, especially after a big flight boards from gate 3 or 4. Card payments are standard, and receipts come in both Greek and English.
