Guardian

2

Near the gates in Terminal 2, Guardian is your pharmacy stop.

Just past security in Terminal 2 at CGK, Guardian covers the basics you forgot to pack: painkillers, cold meds, bandages, wet wipes, and travel-size toiletries. Prices run a bit above Jakarta city stores, but you’re paying for airport convenience and staying airside. Expect to grab common brands of paracetamol and ibuprofen in under five minutes and be back at gates in the 20s quickly.

Guardian in T2 usually opens from early morning to late evening, roughly matching the main departure bank for regional flights. You can pick up essentials like toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, and feminine hygiene products in standard sizes and 100 ml-friendly bottles for cabin bags. Simple cosmetics and skincare are here too, but the focus leans more drugstore than department store beauty counters.

Don’t expect a full supermarket: snacks and drinks are limited to a few shelves by the counter, and you’ll find better food choice in the main F&B outlets along the same Terminal 2 concourse. Payment works fine with Indonesian cards, cash in rupiah, and major international cards like Visa and Mastercard. Stock can thin out late at night, especially on common cold remedies when multiple flights depart after 22:00.

Tip: If you need meds or toiletries, stop at Guardian right after security in Terminal 2, before heading down to far gates where options drop off.
