Gate-side option in Terminal 1 when queues hit 45 minutes

Everest Exclusive sits airside in Terminal 1 at Corfu Airport, a few minutes’ walk from the main departure gates. It’s a grab-and-go style restaurant, useful when you’ve already cleared security and don’t want to risk the single landside café getting swamped. Expect a straightforward mix of cold sandwiches, pastries, coffee and soft drinks, with prices higher than in town but normal for a small Greek island airport.

Food leans heavily on pre-made items in the display fridges, so you’re mostly choosing between simple ham-and-cheese style sandwiches, croissants and packaged snacks. Coffee is standard machine espresso rather than barista-level, but it’s one of the few spots in Terminal 1 where you can still get a hot drink if your early-morning flight boards around 06:00–07:00. Portions run small, so if you’re properly hungry before a 3–4 hour flight, plan on ordering two items instead of one.

Seating is limited and close to the main passenger flow for gates in Terminal 1, so expect some noise and people standing nearby when departures bunch up. Service runs in sync with the day’s flight schedule, so it usually opens well before the first departures bank and stays available until the last evening flights push out around 22:00. Don’t overthink it: grab a sandwich, a bottle of water, and head to your gate early, since boarding at CFU can start a solid 40 minutes before departure.
