Gate-side in Terminal 1, Camden Food is your quickest sit-down option
In Corfu Airport’s Terminal 1, Camden Food sits airside after security and mainly catches UK and European beach traffic. It runs through the main departure wave, so you can usually get something hot within 10–15 minutes even when several flights to London or Manchester are on the board. Signage just says “Camden Food,” and it functions like a straightforward airport café: order at the counter, grab a table, and keep an eye on the single departures screen nearby.
Expect simple café-style food at typical airport pricing, roughly €5–7 for pastries and sandwiches and around €2–3 for espresso-based drinks. You’ll see the usual mix of pre-made baguettes, toasties, and sweets aimed at short-haul flights under three hours. Coffee is serviceable and notably stronger than what you’ll get on most budget airlines leaving CFU. If you want something small before a 70–90 minute hop to Athens or Thessaloniki, it works.
Alcohol is available, with beers and basic spirits starting around €5, and fridges stocked with bottled water, soft drinks, and energy drinks for carry-on. Seating is tight when three or more departures cluster in the same 45-minute window, and power outlets are limited to a few wall spots near the back. Food quality tracks with standard UK-style airport chains: fine for a quick bite, nothing you’ll remember once you land.
Tip: Order coffee and a cold drink together at Camden Food if your gate is already posted; it saves a second queue and you can walk the 3–5 minutes to most Terminal 1 gates without rushing.
