P1 Fast Zone

Short-stay express parking

P1 Fast Zone sits directly opposite Terminal T

P1 Fast Zone is the closest car park to Brussels Airport Terminal T, sitting right in front of the departures hall. This is short-stay express parking, aimed at drop-offs, quick business trips, and same-day returns. You walk from car to check-in in roughly 2–3 minutes, under cover for almost the whole way. It is multi-storey, signed as P1, with the Fast Zone clearly marked at the entrance barriers.

This car park charges higher tariffs than standard long-stay; pricing climbs by the hour, so it only makes sense for stays of a few hours up to a day. You enter through automatic barriers that read your number plate and take a paper ticket if needed. Payment machines stand beside the pedestrian exits on several levels, and you can also pay by card at the exit barrier. Keep your ticket dry; the scanners at Brussels Airport can be picky if the barcode is crumpled.

Access is fully post-road but pre-security: you park in P1 Fast Zone, then walk straight into the Terminal T departures level on floor 3. Lifts in the car park connect every level to the terminal walkway, and there are marked pedestrian paths from each parking row to the lift cores. If you have heavy luggage or kids in tow, aim for spaces near the central lift banks to keep walking under 100 metres.

P1 Fast Zone usually has more turnover than P2 or P3 because of the short-stay focus, but spaces can still be tight at morning peaks around 06:00–09:00. If you’re picking someone up and watching arrivals on your phone, stay inside the clearly signed short-stay time limits; camera enforcement records your entry time. One practical tip: grab a quick photo of your level and row number as soon as you park in P1 Fast Zone, so the 2–3 minute walk back to the terminal doesn’t turn into 10 minutes of searching later.
